Monteray Group announces acquisition of GPen Pty Ltd
Listed investment company, Monteray Group Limited (ASX: MRY), today announced plans to acquire 100 per cent of global pensions administration system company, GPen Pty Ltd, which stands to significantly benefit from the advent of the superannuation ‘Choice of Fund’ in July.
Monteray currently holds 33 per cent of GPen, which has developed an advanced web-based software administration platform for super and pension funds, that is being marketed worldwide.
