The trial originally scheduled to commence 12 June 2023 between CPC and HMD Global Oy (Nokia) in Waco, Texas has been put on hold in light of certain evidentiary rulings made by the Judge at the pretrial conference in that matter. CPC expects the Court to provide further updates in due course.
