Charter Pacific has been advised that the Federal Court of Australia has scheduled the hearing for Charter Pacific’s appeal and Apple’s cross appeal of Justice Burley’s decisions dated 15 May 2025 before the Full Court on 2nd and 3rd March 2026 before Justices Perram, Rofe and Owens JJ.
