CPC made an adjournment application today, 1 December 2023, ahead of next week’s scheduled hearing of oral closing submissions, as a result of the sudden illness of CPC’s senior counsel due to COVID-19. The adjournment application was not opposed by Apple.
Justice Burley adjourned the hearing until 5 to 9 February 2024, which were dates suitable to the Court and both parties.
