On Friday, 9th February 2024 the CPC v Apple Trial concluded with our legal team, Gilbert + Tobin, led by Michael Williams and our barristers, Tony Bannon SC, Christian Dimitriadis SC and Megan Evetts Barrister, delivering our final oral submissions before Justice Burley.
It is expected that the Court will hand down a decision on the case following, what is expected to be a lengthy process.
The Company is confident that a positive decision in favour of CPC and its shareholders will be handed down by the Federal Court of Australia in due course.
Shareholders will be advised of developments and any decision as they occur.
