Following Apple Inc.’s 3rd Appeal in the Ninth Circuit Court to prevent the US Discovery Process ordered by the US Court on 11 October 2023 for CPC’s Litigation against Apple in Germany (as per our Update of 27 September 2024) we have been advised that Apple’s Appeal has been DISMISSED.
“For the foregoing reasons, we lack jurisdiction over the district court’s order granting CPC’s § 1782 application. This appeal is dismissed, with APPLE TO BEAR THE COSTS ON APPEAL.”
